Unilateral Mastectomy DIEP Flap Reconstruction & Bilateral Augmentation

This patient had a mastectomy on the right side. One DIEP flap was used to reconstruct the entire right breast and another DIEP flap was used to augment the left breast. In this picture, the left side has been duplicated to illustrate bilateral augmentation with DIEP flaps.
